Storyboarding

This is a medium shot that helps establish the setting of the opening. Keeping with the film noir theme, the lighting will be very lowkey. There will also be a quick, upbeat ads music in the background. 

This will be a close up shot of the films protagonist, a woman detective. It will pan to get face and the music will stop.

This shot will be a cut to the back of the detectives car. Music will start playing as the car starts to drive.

This will be a close up of the woman’s face in the rear view mirror. It will feel mysterious and the viewer should feel interested to see where she goes.

This will be another close up, this time in the side mirror. Once again, the viewer should be curious about the destination of the woman. It will be dark outside.

Finally, this will show be a wide shot of the car driving through a city at night. It will feel mysterious.
